Làm thương hiệu

LÀM THƯƠNG HIỆU

Mình đã đôi lần nói về chủ đề này, nay lại phải nói thêm ( tại thấy … ứa gan mấy đứa học trò!)
Thương hiệu là gì? Sự hình thành ra sao? Kỹ thuật gồm có những thành phần gì? Những câu trả lời này thuộc về Học thuật, xin miễn bàn – vì không phải gu của mình, gu của mình là… “Xàm thuật”, nên bài viết này cũng thuộc loại xàm đúng bản tính của mình.
Nói tới Thương hiệu, đầu tiên người ta phải nghĩ đó là… cái tên. Nhưng cái tên ấy là dành cho ai? Thì với tư duy sở hữu của Người Việt, đến 99% là trớt quớt!!! Vì sao???
Vì khi có ý định đặt cái tên, người ta thường… lắng nghe cái cảm xúc của riêng mình, nghĩa là cái tên phải có ý nghĩa với mình, từ sở thích đến đam mê, từ kỷ niệm của quá khứ đến kỳ vọng của tương lai, gần hơn là cái tên có sự gắn kết với mình như tên con, tên vợ, tên chồng… ngáo ngơ hơn nữa là lấy tên người yêu để đặt, lỡ mà nó theo thằng khác thì coi như Thương hiệu đó … tèo, lấy tên theo địa chỉ mặt bằng, khi bị chủ nhà đuổi thì cái tên ấy coi như bỏ!
Tiếp nữa là cái logo, từ màu sắc đến kiểu dáng cũng phải theo gu, mà gu này lạ lắm, gu của ông thầy phong thủy chứ chẳng phải bảng màu có khả năng tác động đến thị giác nhắm kích thích sự chú ý lẫn gia tăng cảm xúc của khách hàng, cho nên có nhiều cái quán cafe, nhà hàng… cái màu sắc của logo buồn như… bị chó cắn! Chưa kể nói đến tham! nhét vô cả cái bảng màu, nhồi vô một nùi hình thể để rồi nhìn cái logo người ta cứ ngỡ như đang coi bộ phim hoạt hình Kỷ băng hà ( Ice age).
Rồi gì nữa? Tới slogan / tagline – đã không đưa ra thì thôi, mà đã đưa ra thì phải chất, phải bùng nổ, phải mạnh mẽ và hoạt ngôn kiểu ” Nhu cầu của bạn – Khách sạn của chúng tôi…” nghe mà hoảng!
Hết chưa, chắc là hết cmnr vì nghĩ tới đó cũng là nát não! Rồi ai làm, nhờ mịe đứa bạn kiểu, êy! Bữa nào rảnh mài vẽ dùm tau cái logo cái! Tên, màu sắc, slogan tau có hết rồi, tại tau hem biết vẽ nên mới nhờ mài…
Ủa, vậy làm sao cái Thương hiệu đó được khách hàng yêu quí, trong khi nó chẳng có gì liên quan tới họ???
Cho nên, nói cho dễ hiểu thì – Thương hiệu là cái Hiệu được người ta thương, mà muốn được người ta thương thì mọi thành phần liên quan đến thương hiệu là phải được xây dựng dựa trên sự liên quan đến Khách hàng chứ không nên tập trung vì nhu cầu cảm xúc của mình.
LÀM THƯƠNG HIỆU, nó chỉ gói gọn trong 3 từ, nhưng nó khó vô cùng! Nên mới phải giao cho mấy ông “Chuyên gia Thương hiệu” làm, vì họ mới là người am hiểu, bởi đó là một cái nghề mà họ ăn học hết cơm hết gạo mới giỏi được, chớ ba mớ sao lấy được tiền của mình, phải hem? Chưa nói làm xong bộ nhận diện thương hiệu rồi… cất vô ngăn tủ để làm của, trong khi chính nhân viên mình nó còn chưa được một ngày nhận được chia sẻ về Thương hiệu mà nó đang b.á.n…thân, nhân viên còn không thương nổi cái hiệu nó đang làm mà đòi khách thương! Họ biết mịa gì đâu mà thương chớ!
Và nên nhớ, Thương hiệu phải là một câu chuyện đủ sức lay động khách hàng, nên phải học cách kể về nó với khách ( storytelling) một cách mượt mà và đầy cảm xúc, chứ đừng nghĩ đặt cái tên, vẽ cái logo, quất cho câu slogan / tagline đỉnh chóp là được người ta thương.
Làm xong còn phải nuôi dưỡng nó, cả một hành trình đòi hỏi phải đầu tư chất xám, công sức, tiền của dữ lắm, chớ hem có khơi khơi mà ra được thành Thương hiệu tỉ đô đâu mấy cha!
Nếu ví cái quán là đứa con của mình đẻ ra, thì đẻ được cũng ráng đặt được cho nó cái tên đàng hoàng để nó được người ta thích, người ta thương, để nó có cơ hội tỏa sáng, chớ khách hàng cứ êy tèo êy tí thì tội nghiệp nó quá!
